Workers at the Zaxby's restaurant at 6190 Bradley Park drive helped catch a man attempting to rob the business Sunday night.

Arrested at the scene was 19-year-old Jarquavious Chantarius Jones of Phenix City who was charged with armed robbery and possession of a firearm during a crime.

Police say an employee was approached in the parking lot by the suspect who had a rifle. Both went back into the business where the suspect robbed the manager.

As the suspect was leaving, employees overpowered him and disarmed him.
