This one should have been a no-brainer. At least the courts 4-3 ruling leaned in the direction of public accountability.
If this is a political bluff, then by all means lets call it.
Our city has accomplished much and demonstrated its ability to tackle tough issues. Now is no different. We must acknowledge a structural defect in our citys foundation and seek to address it if we are to prepare ourselves for future opportunities and prosperity.
