On Thursday, Auburn University history professor Larry Gerber will give a lecture on U.S. industrial relations.

The lecture, part of the spring Discover Auburn series will be at 3 p.m. CST in Auburn's Ralph Brown Draughon Library.

Gerber is the author of "The Irony of State Intervention: American Industrial Relations Policy in Comparative Perspective, 1914-1939."

A reception will follow the lecture and copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing.
