A Hatchechubbee, Ala., man was found dead early Sunday morning. Henry J. Moses, 40, was discovered at 24 Warren Circle, in Hatchechubbee, with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was pronounced dead at 4:45 a.m. Sunday.
"The case is being treated as a homicide as we speak," said Russell County Coroner Arthur Sumbry Jr. The Russell County Sheriff's Office is conducting the investigation.
