The collectible Peek'Size Football Guides for the 2008 season will be in the hands of businesses on Friday.
The venerable free pocket-sized guides, which have been printed since 1939, offer schedules, records, rosters, bowl results and much more for college football. The Columbus guides feature SEC teams. There are also area high school and nationwide pro football schedules.
The guides will be available at dozens of companies who advertise in the guides, including Bill Heard Automotive, Harvey's Paint Center, Bross Tire Sales and Stephens Auto Body Glass (the local guide's longest-running advertiser).
