Jim Fischer, senior advisor to the USDA Under Secretary for Research, Education and Economics, will present a seminar, "Energy for the Bioeconomy."
The speech will be August 26 at 3 p.m. in the Auburn University School of Forestry and Wildlife Science Conference Hall.
Fischer will give an update on bioenergy and the latest developments in the global energy situation.
