More than $5,000 was stolen this morning from a Circle K store.

Columbus police said two men used a brick to smash the glass door of the 5900 Veterans Parkway store some time between 2 and 2:45 a.m. The suspects used a trash barrel to cart away $5,517 in Georgia Lottery tickets.

A surveillance video shows one suspect wearing a white cloth over his face. Both men wore dark clothing.
