Broadway bar The Oasis doubles as lunch, dinner spot

Brave diners can experience Death at The Oasis — and live to tell about it.

The daunting name, which comes with a warning for guests with respiratory problems and other conditions, describes one of the sauces served with wings at The Oasis.

The downtown Columbus hot spot, known for hosting late-night party crowds, now boasts a full menu for lunch and dinner.

It’s not just traditional bar food, either.

Sure, you have your fried mushrooms and pickles, but there are also many twists on traditional options.

The buffalo cheese sticks, for example, are filled with Monterey Jack and blue cheese. The potato chips at The Oasis are all homemade.

That homemade touch extends to all the offerings here, from the burgers to the blend of seasonings that covers an order of fries.

It makes The Oasis a perfect option for times when you want a casual dining experience — without compromising the quality of your food.
