The Historic Columbus Foundation will begin a new event series called "Celebrate Columbus!" The series will highlight various aspects of Columbus history.
This first of the series will be about the Bibb Mill and Bibb City, 7-9 p.m. April 16 in the RiverMill Event Centre, 3715 First Ave. Tickets are $25; free for students.
The program will feature the "past, present and future" of Bibb City. It will begin with the history of the mill and the village. John Lupold will begin the program. A panel of people who worked in the mill will talk about the Bibb Mill, which burned in October.
