LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – The Atlanta Braves sent center fielder Josh Anderson to the Detroit Tigers on Monday in exchange for a minor league pitcher.
The Braves acquired right-handed pitcher Rudy Darrow in the deal. He will be sent to Double-A Mississippi.
Darrow, 25, is entering his fourth professional season. He allowed one home run and a .220 batting average against, with 101 strikeouts and just 37 walks in 103 2/3 innings over the last three seasons.
