Former Alabama quarterback John Parker Wilson signed a free-agent deal with the Atlanta Falcons and was one of five Tide players picked up by NFL teams after the draft.
Other Tide players signing deals were defensive end Bobby Greenwood (Kansas City Chiefs), guard Marlon Davis (Cleveland Browns), tight end Nick Walker (Vikings) and tight end Travis McCall (Buffalo Bills).
In all, seven of nine 2008 Alabama seniors were drafted or signed free-agent deals.
