The Old South Farm Museum and Ag Learning Center in Woodland, Ga., is having a small animal workshop on June 13.
There will be a class on rabbit raising and processing as well as classes on chicken, quail, goat, pigs and sheep.
There will also be instruction on pig castration and the cooking of pork skins and cracklins.
