•••

Who is watching?

The real meaning of separation of church and state is that Christians should allow atheists and unbelievers to make governmental decisions for us. Does putting the foxes in charge of the chicken house make sense?

•••

Cost of prevention

The police department, the sheriff’s office and the marshal’s office already have crime prevention departments. During a recession, ask why the mayor is inventing another with sales tax money.

•••

Don’t just sit there

Have you officially registered your disbelief and displeasure with your elected representatives? Or are you just sitting around waiting to pay more to get less?

•••

Stand up for yourself

We don’t kneel to pray at our church. We stand up for our rites.

•••

Who ya gonna call?

Sure Mr. Gates and others in Cambridge are angry now, but how about when they need police help? Who they gonna call?

•••

First family for health

If Obamacare passes, then all elected officials and all Obama appointees, including himself and his family, should have to enroll.

•••

Working without pay

To ask teachers, or anyone for that matter, to work three days without pay is unconscionable. Are principals or high-ups going to be asked to work three days without pay? Sonny Perdue also should have to work without pay.

•••

Question confusion

Mr. Obama seems to know it all until he’s asked a question.

•••

A late health-care plan

The Republicans say they have a health-care plan. Where was their plan during the eight years of the George Bush reign?

•••

Leave Sarah alone

If some Democrats and the far-left are not afraid of Sarah Palin then they don’t have to hate her so much. They need to leave her alone and get a life.

•••

Stop taxing

I have a constitutionally protected right to protest high taxes. Get over it!
