Auburn gets another 2010 commitment

AUBURN, Ala. — Auburn got a commitment from punter Steven Clark on Thursday, according to the Tigers’ three recruiting Web sites.

The 6-foot-5, 230-pound Clark, from Park Hill High in Kansas City, Mo., is a two-star recruit ranked as the nation’s 25th overall kicker by Rivals.com.

Clark also had offers from Iowa and Purdue.

He is Auburn’s 18th commitment for 2010 and the second specialist, joining Cody Parkey of Jupiter, Fla., the top-ranked place-kicker in the nation.
