Jilani Platt, the 26-year-old woman found dead Monday afternoon in a retention pond off Schatulga Road, died from a gunshot wound to the head, authorities said.
Platt, who went missing early Saturday, was found about 300 feet north of Cargo Drive. Her husband, 31-year-old Zyderrious Platt, is charged with murder in connection with the death.
The autopsy results came in Tuesday afternoon, Coroner Bill Thrower said.
