Muscogee County School students celebrate drug-free life during Red Ribbon Week

All the schools in the Muscogee County School District will celebrate Red Ribbon Week this week with a series of activities encouraging students to stay drug free.

Today's theme is Kicking out Drugs! Students may wear mismatched shoes.

The rest of the week's activities are as follows:

Wednesday, Oct. 28: Wear red to say no to drugs Thursday, Oct. 29: Shade out Drugs! Students may wear sunglasses. Friday, Oct. 30: Scare away Drugs! Students may wear a Halloween mask.

Classes will also make banners to hang outside their classrooms and some art students will paint posters to hang along each school's driveway.
