River Road Elementary students will welcome local veterans to their school on Nov. 12 for the school's Veterans' Day celebration.
Veterans from Veranda Assisted Living, along with their activities director, will visit the school from 9:15 to 10:30 a.m. to speak with students about their experiences in military service.
