More than 50 professionally trained nutritionists and home economists are working at this year's Butterball Turkey-Talk Line at 1-800-288-8372.
From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST each weekday before Christmas, these turkey experts will answer callers' questions about buying, storing, defrosting and roasting turkeys.
Butterball has added a texting feature this year. Text the word "turkey" to 36888. Questions can also be e-mailed to talkline@butterball.com.
A team of Butterball trained cooks have been answering questions for 29 years. Last year, over 100,000 calls were received.
