A thief was chased after a burglary at the Sumbry Hill Apartments in Phenix City on Saturday night.
Among items taken from the apartment a 47-inch flat screen TV, a Playstation 3, two credit cards, a Samsung Behold T-Mobile cell phone and a check book.
The owner of the apartment found a teen crawling out the back window of the apartment and grabbed his arm but he got away and ran into nearby Evangeline Heights.
Anyone with information should contact the Phenix City police.
