"Sea Monsters 3D" opens Friday at the IMAX Theatre at Patriot Park

Dolly, a dolichorhynchops, is the host as she swims in the most dangerous oceans in history, in "Sea Monsters 3D." She encounters long-necked plesiosaurs, giant turtles, huge fish, fierce sharks and the most dangerous sea monster of all, the mosasaur.

The film opens Friday in the IMAX Theatre in the National Infantry Museum at Patriot Point, 1775 Legacy Way.

It can be seen at 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $6-$8.

Showings of "The Polar Express" also continue. It can be seen at noon, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Friday-Saturday and noon and 3 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $8-$10.

Kids can visit Santa Claus between 1-5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.
