Columbus State men's basketball player Chris Telesford was named the Peach Belt Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week on Monday.
Telefsord scored 20 points and had nine rebounds in a loss to Montevallo on Wednesday and then scored 17 points and grabbed 10 boards in a win at North Georgia on Saturday. He shot a combined 62 percent from the floor and leads the PBC with 8.4 rebounds per game.
He is the second CSU men's player to garner the honor this season. Teammate Lamar Williams was player of the week in December.
CSU hosts Flagler on Thursday night.
