A female singer's "medical issues" have led "American Idol" producers to change this week's order of performances.

The top 10 men will perform tonight, due to "medical issues" that would prevent contestant Crystal Bowersox from singing tonight, according to a statement issued by Fox.

The swap is for this week's lineup only.

Tonight's show airs 8-10 p.m. on Fox. The top 10 women will perform 8-10 p.m. on Wednesday. Four contestants will be eliminated on Thursday.
