Georgia sophomore Trey Thompkins was unanimously selected to the 2010 coaches’ All-Southeastern Conference team.
The other four unanimous first-team picks were Kentucky's DeMarcus Cousins and John Wall, Vanderbilt’s Jermaine Beal of Vanderbilt and South Carolina’s Devan Downey.
The eight-man first team also include Kentucky's Patrick Patterson, Tennessee's Wayne Chism and Mississippi State's Jarvis Varnado. Thompkins is Georgia’s first All-SEC first-team member since Jarvis Hayes in 2002 and 2003. Thompkins led the Bulldogs in scoring (17.7) and rebounding (8.2).
