Columbus State women's basketball player Phebe Smith has been named a first-team All-Southeast Region selection.
Smith was also recently named the Peach Belt Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Year, her second straight season earning the honor.
Tusculum's Jasmine Gunn was named the Southeast player of the year after averaging 20.7 points, 5.5 rebounds, five assists and three steals per game. Smith finished with 17.8 points per game and 12.1 rebounds.
