LaGrange City Council meets Tuesday

LAGRANGE, Ga. — The LaGrange City Council will meet Tuesday for its regularly scheduled council and committee meetings.

Officials will hold a council committee meeting at 11 a.m. in City Hall, located at 200 Ridley Ave. in downtown LaGrange. They are expected to discuss two funding requests, a zoning issue on West Point Road, storm water management ordinances and the Juniper Street Bridge closure.

The full council meeting will be held in Council Chambers, located at 208 Ridley Ave., at 5:30 p.m. The agenda includes the consideration beer, wine and liquor licenses; discussion about storm water management ordinances and second readings of a telecommunication tower ordinance and modifications to the gas service rate schedule.
