Contestants in the 2010 Miss Georgia Pageant are divided into three groups for the preliminary judging, which continued Thursday night. A win in the talent portion of the judging earns a $500 scholarship. Scholarships of $250 are given for swimsuit and evening wear winners.

Talent: Miss Gwinnett County Kristen Springer, 21, who danced to “O Fortuna” from “Carmina Burana” en pointe.
Swimsuit: Miss Capital City Jamie Kelton, 22
Evening wear: Miss Cobb County Casey Walker, 21
Teen winners
Georgia’s Outstanding Teens’ preliminary competition winners are Southern Heartland’s Outstanding Teen Maggie Bridges, 17, in evening wear; Columbus’ Outstanding Teen Julia Martin, 15, in fitness; and Troup County’s Outstanding Teen Meagan Sharp, 17, in talent. Sharp sang “Ave Maria.”
