Krisily Kennedy and Wes Hayden were eliminated from the fourth week of ABC's "Bachelor Pad," after an uncomfortable survey challenge pitted the remaining contestants against each other.
Krisily Kennedy: 30, personal assistant in L.A., who was the runner-up in Season 7 with Charlie O'Connell. Her final words? "I'm just angry... I was told one thing and voted a certain way because of it... I have been nothing but honest with everyone in this house and no one could be honest with me, and I don't respect that." She said the couples Tenley Molzhan/Kiptyn Locke and Elizabeth Kitt/Jesse Kovacs would be the final four because no one else had "the guts" to vote them off. Dave Good told Krisily that he wouldn't vote to eliminate her, but after a conversation with Kiptyn he changed his mind. "What Dave did tonight was unacceptable," Krisily said.
Wes Hayden: 33, the musician from Texas is best known for having a girlfriend back home while dating Jillian Harris on Season 5. He is often called the worst (best?) villain in Bachelor history. Wes' final words? "I had a hell of time. Thanks."
Here's a recap of the show:
Week four of "Bachelor Pad" forced the remaining eight female and five male contestants to answer a survey about their housemates. Individual answers were kept confidential but were recorded to be used for the contest in which each contestant guessed how the majority of housemates answered each question. Contestants on ABC's newest reality show are ultimately competing for $250,000. Each week players compete for immunity from elimination by attempting to win a contest.
Here were the questions in the survey challenge:
Who do most of you believe is going to win? Kiptyn Locke
Who is your biggest enemy? Krisily Kennedy
Who is the most shallow? Elizabeth Kitt
Who is the dumbest? Gwen Gioia. It was surprising since most everyone wrote that they thought Natalie Getz would get the most answers.
Tenley was the first winner. She was the only contestant to answer all four correctly. She received a rose and immunity. "I'm feeling very sad that the way I won was putting somebody down," Tenley said. Gwen was upset to be voted dumbest. "It does hurt," she admitted.
After Tenley's win, the women stopped playing but they continued watching how the men voted.
Who do you secretly have a crush on? Dave. Luckily, Dave chose himself.
Who will be a bridesmaid but never a bride? Natalie Getz
Who is considered to be the biggest jerk? Wes Hayden
Jesse Beck and Jesse Kovacs were tied with four correct answers and went to a tiebreaker question. Who has the worst boob job? Jesse Beck answered correctly, Elizabeth Kitt, and won. Jesse K., who is dating Elizabeth, answered Krisily and lost.
After the contest, several of the girls cried. A calm Gwen, voted dumbest, comforted a crying Natalie, voted least likely to marry. Elizabeth was also crying. Jesse Kovacs comforted her. "It's embarrassing," she said. "No one thinks that about you," Jesse K. said. He said the other girls were just envious and that's why they wrote down her name. "I don't tell her enough how much I care about her and how beautiful she is," Jesse K. confessed to cameras.
Tenley and Jesse Beck will each chose one person with whom to go on a date. During the date, they can give that person a rose and immunity for the next challenge. Tenley chose her crush, Kiptyn Locke. Jesse Beck chose Peyton Wright, who gave him an immunity rose last week after she won the week three kissing challenge.
Tenley and Kiptyn went on a date to the romantic island of Catalina. Tenley gave him an immunity rose and the two decided to forgo their individual rooms and enjoy the fantasy suite together. Tenley said she hadn't been with a man since "The Bachelor" Jake Pavelka "broke her heart." Back at the house, Jesse Kovacs and Elizabeth Kitt enjoyed some alone time in the hot tub. Jesse K. told Elizabeth that he cared about her and didn't ever want to see her hurting again.
When they arrived back at the house, Kiptyn told Tenley that he wanted to keep quiet about their blossoming relationship. They attempted to downplay their romantic connection but no one seemed fooled. "Who are they kidding?" Dave wondered aloud.
Jesse Beck and Peyton went on a plane ride and shared a romantic dinner in the hangar. Jesse gave Peyton a rose after hearing her favorite foods were corn dogs and funnel cakes. He decided that made Peyton country, just like him. "She's just someone who will make a good wife some day," he said. Peyton was also feeling the romance until she mixed a few martinis and Jesse B. started burping in her face. She decided their relationship was headed in a friendly brother-sister direction and told Jesse B. that she wanted to forgo the fantasy suite and stay in separate rooms. When they returned to the house, they told their housemates they didn't stay together in the fantasy suite. Dave wasn't surprised. He said the couple was like "champagne and vodka," which, incidentally, Jesse B. chose to mix during his date with Peyton.
Wes encouraged everyone to vote off those in couples which encouraged those in couples to vote to eliminate Wes.
Dave, Kiptyn and Jesse K. decided to vote in a block. Dave and Jesse B. wanted to vote for Gwen but Kiptyn was hesitant. Kiptyn wanted to vote to eliminate Krisily and not nice-girl Gwen.
