The event, which is on a training holiday, is for paintball enthusiasts of all levels, said Brittany Beadle, Outdoor Recreation specialist.
People shouldnt be scared if its their first time playing paintball, Beadle said. We have plenty of veterans of the sport who help teach strategy.
Players, who must be 13 years and older, will compete in games including capture the flag, attack and defend, long-field and short-field play.
Beadle said paintball days are always a lot of fun and it always draws a big crowd. Usually, there are around 30 to 40 players who attend, she said.
The event is open to military ID cardholders and family members. Registration isnt required. If you want to play, just show up.
