Child, Youth & School Services youth basketball teams continued action Saturday at the CYSS gym.

In the 9- to10-year-old division, Team 4 handled Team 1 as Colin Castleton scored 17 points, giving Team 4 a 34-8 win. Castleton scored 11 points in the second half, including two 3-pointers.

Jesse Jimenez scored eight points while six different players scored for Team 4. Team 4 put the game away early, leading 14-2 after the first quarter. In the second 9- to 10-year-old game,Team 2 ran away with an easy 27-8 win over Team 3. Joshua Youngblood led the way for Team 2, scoring 13 points, nine of which came in the second half. After a scoreless second quarter, Team 2 scored 19 of their 27 points in the second half. Courtney Minter and Sidney Parks also contributed with six points each. Team 2 (27). J. Youngblood (13), C. In the 11- to 13-year-old division, Terrius Crimiel and JongHyun Jung led Team 4 to a 31-11 win over Team 1. Crimiel scored 10 points while Jung scored nine points. Team 4 built their lead in the second quarter by scoring 12 points and leading 16-6 at halftime. Keith Morgan and Robert Money each had a 3-pointer for Team 1. Team 4 (31). T. Crimiel (10), J. In the late game of the 11-13 age division, Team 3 defeated Team 2 22-9. Team 3 played tenacious defense, especially in the second half, holding Team 2 scoreless in the third and fourth quarters. Christopher Chambers, Marquel Fordham and Ethan Kennedy made up the entire offense for Team 3. Chambers had 10 points while Fordham and Kennedy each had six points.
