Just as she'd found confidence and elegance on dance floor, former playmate Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett, along with partner Louis van Amstel, was eliminated from "Dancing with the Stars." The couple received the lowest combined score of judges' points and viewers' votes on the seventh week of DWTS competition.
"I've lasted seven weeks. I mean seven weeks longer than even I thought I would last," Kendra said. She thanked Louis for sticking with her and not fighting with her. She thanked husband and NFL player Hank for being with her "every step of the way." She had a special message for her infant son. "Baby Hank, I'm coming home for you... I'm not the best dancer but I am the best mom... and I 'm back to being a mom."
Louis said, "It's been an awesome journey... I love you. You've come so far. I'm so proud of you." She and Louis took the dance floor for the last time and Kendra insisted on shaking her stuff once more. An official goodbye to ballroom elegance perhaps?
Before the results were giving, head judge Len Goodman called Kendra a late-blooming flower on the dance floor. "The last few weeks you've really come on," he said.
Safe to continue to week eight are the point leaders from yesterday's show. NFL star Hines Ward and partner Kym Johnson and Ralph Macchio and partner Karina Smirnoff will be on next Monday's show. They earned 66 points out of 80 for their tango. Joining them are Disney star Chelsea Kane and partner Mark Ballas, who had the third highest score of 64 on Monday's show, and actress Kirstie Alley and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy, who tied for the lowest judges' score with singer Romeo and Chelsie Hightower, who are also safe. Each couple received 60 points.

Team dances: Judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli were joined by guest judge Donnie Burns, known as a living legend in the Latin dance world. Each dance was worth up to 40 points.
In addition to the usual performance, each couple participated in a team Cha Cha Cha on the episode. Both teams earned 30 points each, making their scores equal.
The first team was made up of actor Ralph Macchio with partner Karina Smirnoff, singer Romeo with Chelsie Hightower and Disney star Chelsea Kane with Mark Ballas. They earned 30 points (8 from Donnie and Carrie Ann and 7 from Len and Bruno.) The team received 30 out of 40 points.
The second team featured NFL star Hines Ward with Kym Johnson, actress Kirstie Alley with Maksim Chmerkovskiy and former playmate Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett with Louis van Amstel. They also earned 30 out of 40 points (8 from Len and Bruno and 7 from Carrie Ann and Donnie.)
Dances:
Singer Romeo and Chelsie Hightower struggled in their samba earning 30 points (7 from Donnie and Len, 8 from Carrie Ann and Bruno). Romeo bounced plenty but his hips weren't correct for the samba. Romeo and Chelsie earned a total of 60 points.
Bruno: "You can definitely get down and shake it... You've got to get this bounce... It has to go up and down."
Carrie Ann: "There was a lot of bounce going on but it wasn't sending the samba message. It wasn't kind of sending another message... You really need to focus on your technique."
Donnie: "I've watched you grow... You've achieved grace and elegance... You might have a party in your pants but you have an earthquake in your shoes when you hit the floor."
Len "We're at the nitty gritty stage... You've got to up your game."
NFL star Hines Ward and Kym Johnson got their first 10, from Bruno, for their tango where Hines channeled the energy of spy James Bond. They earned 36 points (9 from Donnie and Carrie Ann and 8 Len). Their total for night is 66.
Len: "Some of it was full of drama... Then it goes into, like a, fairy mode and it was all a bit too dainty... Overall, I liked it very much."
Bruno: "I like the way you play it. Big. Strong. Masterful. Determined... That was a killer tango."
Carrie Ann: "You take command of every dance."
Donnie: "My old dance teacher used to say 'dance from your heart but use your head' and I think you do that."
Actor Ralph Macchio, 49, and partner Karina Smirnoff were struggling with their quickstep during rehearsals because Ralph was in pain. He was hoping his body would hold out for the fast-paced quickstep. It did. They earned 36 points (10 from Donnie, 9 from Carrie Ann and Bruno and 8 from Len) bringing their total for the show to 66 out of 80.
Donnie: "Your footwork and the way you articulated your feet in this quickstep was fabulous this week."
Len: "Great movement. Your footwork was very, very good. It was clear and it was crisp."
Bruno: "For me it was more than a quick step. It was how to grab a quick one... You sell it like no one else can."
Carrie Ann: "You're back. I'm so proud of you, Ralph."
Actress Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy earned 30 points for their jive (9 Donnie, 7 Carrie Ann, 6 Len, 8 Bruno). Their total for the evening was 60 out of 80 points. She said she got caught up in the acting and got lost in the dance. "I just forgot to move my feet."
Carrie Ann: "I just love you so much because you bring nothing but great performances... You are looking amazing."
Donnie: "I really like it. I buy it... The talent is in between the steps... You were a star before you even got here."
Len: "You act every dance beautifully. However, as a jive it was most uneventful."
Bruno: "You might have gone wrong but as an entertainer, it was superb."
Former playmate Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett and Louis van Amstel earned 29 points for their tango (8 from Donnie, Carrie Ann and Bruno and 7 from Len). Their total was 61 out of 80.
Bruno: "You were hanging onto him a little bit too much... Let him chase you."
Carrie Ann: "I'm so proud of you... Elegant... Confident."
Donnie: "I thought you did a bloody good job."
Len: "You coped very well with the demanding choreography."
Disney star Chelsea Kane and Mark received 34 points for their Paso Doble (8 from Donnie and Len and 9 from Bruno and Carrie). Their total is 64 out of 80 points. Professional dancer Shirley Ballas, Mark's mom, rehearsed with Mark and Chelsea. She said Chelsea had to stop smiling because the Paso Doble was an aggressive, angry dance.
Len: "I got really confused over it... Too much aggression."
Bruno: "You came out here and you danced with almost a violent intensity."
Carrie Ann: "Totally progressive... good job."
Donnie: "You're very together... I agree with Len."
Here's a recap of the week six show:
Week six point leaders singer Romeo with Chelsie Hightower and Disney star Chelsea Kane with Mark Ballas will return for week seven of "Dancing with the Stars." Each couple received 28 points and the first 10s of Season 12. NFL star Hines Ward and Kym Johnson, who earned 27 points, and actress Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, who earned 26, have also been determined safe to continue to next week. Former playmate Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett and Louis van Amstel, who earned 25 points, and actor Ralph Macchio and partner Karina Smirnoff, who received 24 points, will also dance again.
Recap from week five:
Week five of Season 12 of "Dancing with the Stars" paired Patriotic songs with Latin dances. Yeah, it was weird. But Hines Ward and partner Kym Johnson embraced the weirdness and earned 27 out of 30 points, the highest judges' score of the episode. Only one point behind are Chelsea Kane, Romeo and Chris Jericho with 26 points. Kirstie Alley earned 23. Petra Nemcova, Ralph Macchio and Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett received the lowest points of the episode, 22.
Recap from week four:
Disney star Chelsea Kane and Mark Ballas lead with 26. NFL star Hines Ward and Kym Johnson tied for second with Actor Ralph Macchio and partner Karina Smirnoff with 25 points. Singer Romeo and Chelsie Hightower, Supermodel Petra Nemcova and Dmitry Chaplin and WWE star Chris Jericho and Cheryl Burke all had 23 points. Actress Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy had 22 points. Boxer Sugar Ray Leonard and Anna Trebunskaya got 20 points and Former playmate Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett and Louis van Amstel earned 18.
Eliminated:
WWE star Chris Jericho and Cheryl Burke were eliminated on the week six results show. They were the couple with the lowest combined score of judges' points and viewers' votes.
"It wasn't my best dance and at this point in the competition you have to be your best every week or this is what happens... I'm proud of all the dances we did," Chris said. He joked that it was good timing because he needed to go to the royal wedding. "The only reason I got this far is because of Cheryl... She's become a friend for life." He confessed that he hadn't seen his kids in four weeks and was looking forward to being with them again. "It's time for Chris Jericho the dancer to step aside and Chris Jericho the daddy to come back."
The combination of Latin dances to patriotic songs proved too much for supermodel Petra Nemcova and partner Dmitry Chaplin. The couple was eliminated after the fifth week of performances on "Dancing with the Stars." Petra and Dmitry, along with two other couples, received the lowest judges points, 22, on DWTS. Actor Ralph Macchio with partner Karina Smirnoff and former playmate Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett with Louis van Amstel earned enough viewers' votes to keep them in the competition.
"It's been (a) life-changing journey for me," Petra, a tsunami survivor, said. "I met amazing friends and Dmitry put up with me for two months... So many people got inspired because of 'Dancing with the Stars' show and started to do dance-athons at schools to fundraise for Happy Hearts fund and change lives for so many children around the world."
"I'm really proud of Petra because she has come such a long way," partner Dmitry said. In early episodes Dmitry said Petra was "the nicest person" that he'd ever met.
Head judge Len Goodman was sorry to see Petra leave. When she was listed as "in jeopardy" of being eliminated, Len said "Petra's been fantastic. Two weeks ago she was leading." He referred to one of Petra's dances as "brilliant."
On the evening after their best performance, boxer Sugar Ray Leonard and partner Anna Trebunskaya were eliminated from "Dancing with the Stars." The couple received the lowest combined score of judges' points and viewers' votes.
When he was eliminated, Sugar Ray said: "That's life and I put up a good fight, and I'll cherish this moment. Great friends. Great people. Great show."
Host Tom Bergeron said when he was talking to head judge Len Goodman at the commercial break, Len referred to Sugar Ray as "the heart of the show this season."
Sugar Ray seemed pleased with the compliment. "I love the spirit of the show. I love the people of this show, and I love what the show means and represents and stands for... I will cherish this."
Anna was in good spirits."We just had so much fun... and it was amazing that he went to ballet. A boxer became a ballet dancer."
Talk show host Wendy Williams and partner Tony Dovolani were eliminated on the week three episode of "Dancing with the Stars." They received the fewest judges' points, 15 out of 30, after Monday's competition and didn't get enough viewer votes to dance again. Wendy and Tony join radio personality "Psycho" Mike Catherwood and partner Lacey Schwimmer, who were eliminated on week two, the first elimination show.
"This has been a wonderful opportunity for me," Wendy said. Then she characteristically told a joke. "Despite stereotypes, this is one black girl who can't even do the running man," she said. Wendy was the only celebrity who had to fly back and forth from New York to LA each week to film DWTS and her show. She said it was hard to fit in DWTS practices between work, plane trips, keeping her marriage intact and raising her child. She thanked Tony for teaching her to dance and the judges for their encouragement.
