Auburn football: Gene Chizik to release memoir chronicling his coaching career's rise to national championship

Auburn football coach Gene Chizik will release his memoir – “All In: What it Takes to Be the Best” – on July 5.

Chizik collaborated with Tyndale House Publishers and David Thomas of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram for the book.

It chronicles Chizik’s time as a head coach at Iowa State and Auburn, touting never-before-told stories from his coaching career.

Texas coach Mack Brown will write the foreword.
