Olivia Ward, a 35-year-old opera singer who received a vocal performance degree at the University of Alabama, won "The Biggest Loser: Couples" Tuesday night.
Also on the finale, fans learned tennis player Anna Kournikova will be a trainer next season.
Olivia's starting weight was 261 pounds. She weighed 132 pounds at the finale, for a 49.43 percent weight loss. She won $250,000.
Olivia signed up for "Biggest Loser" after being told she likely would never have children if she didn't lose weight.
Her sister, Hannah Curlee, placed second. Her starting weight was 248 pounds. She weighed 128 pounds at the finale. She lost 120 pounds, for a 48.39 percent total weight loss.
Irene Alvarado placed third. Her starting weight was 255 pounds. She weighed 139 pounds at the finale. She lost 116 pounds, for a 45.49 percent weight loss.
Denise "Deni" Hill won the $100,000 prize for losing the most weight at home.
