Columbus State University’s Servant Leadership program will host a free outdoor concert today to benefit the homeless.

The “Sound Off for Highland” concert will feature a variety of local bands and performers, including Stereomonster, Garrett Lee, Jasper Drive, Shaun Crane, Crown Jester, Forbidden Dialect and the Andy Luker Experience. There will also be demonstrations from Premier Martial Arts studio and CSU’s Dance Domination.

The concert is free, but donations will be collected from concertgoers to benefit the Second Chance Resource Center, a Highland neighborhood organization supporting the homeless.

Performances will begin at 5 p.m. at the Intramural Field. In case of bad weather, the event will be moved to the Student Recreation Center.
