Rebecca Greenwood, cofounder and president of Christian Harvest International, will headline the Freedom for Our Children conference Oct. 16-17 at Solid Rock Assembly of God, 6959 Warm Springs Road. Its sponsored by Impart Ministries.
Greenwood is the author of six books. The most recent, Let Our Children Go, debuted in September.
Greenwood regularly conducts seminars and conferences in which she teaches on numerous topics. They include prayer, intercession, spiritual warfare, spiritual mapping, deliverance and prophecy.
For the past 20 years, she has participated and led in spiritual warfare prayer journeys in more than 21 countries including Egypt, Nepal, Italy, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Ireland and Spain and throughout the U.S.
She and her husband, Greg, served for six years with Eddie and Alice Smith at the U.S. Prayer Center. During this time, she served as Prayer Coordinator of Houston House of Prayer and the U.S. Prayer Center where she led prayer meetings and initiatives, the deliverance ministry, and ministry teams. She has also contributed to articles about prayer for Charisma and Pray! Magazine and has appeared on TBN.
Greenwood served for four years at Global Harvest Ministries in Colorado Springs, Colo., where she functioned as the manager of the Arsenal Bookstore located in the World Prayer Center and Executive Assistant to Peter and Doris Wagner. During this time she received a Bachelors of Practical Ministry diploma from Wagner Leadership Institute.
She is a member of the ISDM (International Society of Deliverance Ministers) Founders Circle under the direction of Peter and Doris Wagner and Women in Strategic Leadership Roundtable, led by Naomi Dowdy. She serves on the teaching faculty for Wagner Leadership Institute.
She is the author of Authority to Tread: An Intercessors Guide to Strategic-Level Spiritual Warfare; Breaking the Bonds of Evil: How to Set People Free from Demonic Oppression; The Power of a Godly Mother; and Destined to Rule: Spiritual Strategies for Advancing the Kingdom of God.
