Columbus police say a Thomaston, Ga., woman was raped at a Third Avenue home on Monday.

The 34-year-old woman was inside an unknown house between midnight and 11 a.m. Monday when the rape happened. She reported the assault about 11:50 a.m. from a Second Avenue apartment and was taken to The Medical Center for treatment, reports state.

Police list no description of the suspect and no further details.
