Remember when all those cities were passing laws about low-riding jeans?
Thankfully, theres already a law about jeans riding so low theyre down by your ankles. Its called public indecency and its the subject of todays crime blog.
The incident in question happened about 6:20 p.m. Friday at 35th Street and Third Avenue. A man wearing all brown was spotted standing in the street with his back to a womans home. At some point, he looked at the woman and her daughter before pulling his pants down and showing them the full moon, reports state.
The woman put her daughter inside the home and returned outside in time to see the man get in a black Ford Explorer with an Alabama license tag. He left going east on 35th Street. Police tried to find the vehicle, but no luck.
Columbus police dont consider this a laughing matter. Just look at this guy, who was initially charged with child molestation when he urinated in front of children.
The charge was reduced later on, but his arrest for child molestation will stay on his record unless he gets it expunged.
