Columbus Police: Air conditioning unit, copper reported stolen from Steam Mill Road house

Columbus police are investigating the report of a stolen air conditioning unit and copper plumbing from a vacant house on Steam Mill Road.

According to a police report, the theft took place between last Friday at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

The estimated value of the air conditioning unit is $3,000 and  the estimated value of the copper plumbing is approximately $500.

It is believed that bolt cutters were used in the crime.
