Make chicken wings for your Super Bowl party

More than 1.25 billion chicken wings will be consumed on Super Bowl Sunday, according to The National Chicken Council. I'll eat at least a few of those 1.25 billion wings. I'll be making Food & Wine's Red Curry Lime Chicken Wings. I love this recipe because the wings are baked instead of fried which is a bit healthier and allows me to make a bunch at once instead of standing over the fryer during the game. I would hate to miss the play that gives the Giants the lead!

I can't resist linking to this impressive stadium of food from yummy . Pretty creative, huh!
