The top 3 finalists for Muscogee County School District Teacher of the Year have been named.

They are Susan Wilson of Blackmon Road Middle School, Lisa Bell of Downtown Elementary School and Vincent Sneed of Hardaway High School.

The announcement was made by the Muscogee Educational Excellence Foundation this afternoon.

Wilson teaches sixth grade math.

Bell is a third grade teacher.

Sneed is a music teacher.

The top teacher will be named May 3 at a gala in Columbus Convention and Trade Center.
