Chattahoochee County's Jasmine Steen scored (finished in the top eight) in four events at the Georgia High School Association Class A girls state track meet last month.
The senior, who has signed with Brenau University in Gainesville, Ga., won the long jump with a leap of 17 feet, 7 inches.
She also finished second in the triple jump at 35-10.5 and fifth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.55 seconds.
Steen was also a member of the Lady Panthers' 4x100 relay team that finished third at 50.34.
For her efforts, she earned the Ledger-Enquirer All-Bi-City Girls Track Athlete of the Year.
Her coach Janele DeLoatch led the Chattahoochee County team to a Region 4-A championship and a third-place finish in the state meet.
DeLoatch was selected as the Ledger-Enquirer All-Bi-City Girls Track Coach of the Year.
Smiths Station's Quincy Smith is a repeat winner of the Ledger-Enquirer All-Bi-City Boys Track Athlete of the Year
Smith finished second in both the 400 and the 4x400 at the Alabama High School Athletic Association state track meet last month.
Smith, who has signed with Alabama, also finished third in the 4x800. He also qualified for the state meet in the 200.
His coach, Ron Peters, is also a repeat winner of the Ledger-Enquirer All-Bi-City Boys Track Coach of the Year honor. Peters led the Panthers to a second-place finish at the section qualifying meet and a sixth-place finish at the Class 6A state meet.
