Carson Cummings has been named Coldwell Banker’s top commercial real-estate broker in Georgia, according to Jack Key, a partner in the real-estate company’s Columbus affiliate, Kennon, Parker, Duncan & Key.

Cummings, who has been in the business 16 years and with KPDK since 2008, was recognized at the Coldwell Banker Commercial Top Two event recently in Miami Beach, Fla. It was there that the company honored the top 2 percent of its commercial brokers worldwide for their total sales in 2011.

The Columbus broker, who handles sales, leasing and development, also received Coldwell Banker’s Silver Level Circle of Distinction Award for 2011, which is given for those with closed adjusted gross commission income between $350,000 and $499,999.
