Pair your best cowboy boots with a cute dress and get ready for this year's Denim & Diamonds benefit.
Columbus Hospice brings Travis Tritt and Diamond Rio to the dinner and concert on Saturday, July 21, at the Columbus Civic Center.
Proceeds from the event go to Columbus Hospice, 7020 Moon Road, which cares for patients with a limited life expectancy who need services from professional health-care providers. Patients are cared for at home, at nursing homes or at the Columbus Hospice House with services provided by a team of physicians, nurses, home-health aides, counselors, social workers, chaplains, and trained volunteers on a 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week basis.
Headliner Tritt is known for hit songs "Best of Intentions," "Can I Trust My Heart," "Anymore," "Help Me Hold On" and "Foolish Pride." Diamond Rio's hits include "One More Day," "Meet Me in the Middle," and "I Believe."
To give her readers an idea of what to wear to this year's event, Caity Roberts and Emily Allmond show us a couple of their favorite Western styles.
Caity Roberts will attend Columbus Technical College in the fall. She plans to study nursing.
Emily Allmond will be a junior at Brookstone this fall.
