KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- The Columbus State University women's soccer team was ranked 22nd by National Soccer Coaches Association of American Division II Preseason Poll on Tuesday.

The Lady Cougars will return 14 players, including eight starters, from the team that last year made it into the NCAA tournament for the sixth straight year. Coach Jay Entlich will also return.

CSU's first game of the season will be against Florida Southern on Aug. 31 at 7:30 p.m. at the Walden Soccer Complex.
