Summer Finale Fizz

1 1/2 ounces Ketel One Vodka

1 ounce Club Soda

3/4 ounces Fresh Lime Juice

3/4 ounces Simple Syrup

4 slices Cucumber

5 Cilantro Leaves

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber and cilantro leaves.

Add ice, Ketel One Vodka, lime juice and simple syrup and shake well.

Strain mixture in a glass and top with club soda.

Baileys Piñacolada

2 1/2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream

1 ounces Thai Coconut Milk

1/2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

1/8 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

1 Vanilla Bean

Add the Baileys Original Irish Cream, coconut milk, ice cream and vanilla extract into a blender with a cup of ice.

Blend until smooth and pour contents into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with a vanilla bean
