The Maneuver Center of Excellence will kick off  the 2012  Maneuver Conference at 6 p.m. Monday at the Columbus Convention and Trade Center.

The conference will focus on the moral, physical and cognitive components of the soldier. On Wednesday, the highlight of the four-day conference will be The Doughboy Award to recognize three individuals for outstanding contributions to the U.S. Army Infantry.

Maj. Gen. H. R. McMaster, commander of the Maneuver Center, closes the conference on Thursday.
