Man arrested during drug bust

Columbus police arrested a man at his home during a Saturday drug bust, reports state.

Michael Jones, 37, of Morris Road faces charges of possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of a drug-related object and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, police said.

According to reports, members of the Special Operations Unit executed a search warrant about 6:35 p.m. Saturday at Jones’ home. They found $68 worth of marijuana, $220 worth of crack cocaine and some electronic weighing scales. They also found a Beretta handgun.
