Columbus weather: Week starts out cool, slowly warms up

The week will start out cool and slowly get warmer, heralding a comfortable weekend, WRBL Meteorologist Kurt Schmitz said.

It'll be partly sunny today. Highs will only reach 73. Skies will become mostly clear tonight, when lows will dip to a chilly 52.

Expect mostly sunny skies Tuesday. Highs will climb to 75.

Wednesday will be mostly sunny with highs reaching 80. Lows will dip to 55 that night.

Partly cloudy skies will return on Thursday, when highs will hover around 77. Lows will drop to about 57 that night.

Friday will be almost a carbon copy of Thursday. You should expect both Saturday and Sunday to have highs in the low to mid-80s.
