Published: October 9, 2012

A Georgia teen died Sunday in a Chambers County wreck, Alabama State Troopers said.

Major James Sanders, 18, was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Blazer about 9:05 a.m. some 10 miles south of Lafayette, Ala. when the crash occurred. Sanders lost control of his vehicle, which left U.S. 431 and overturned, Trooper Charles J. Dysart II said in a release.

Sanders, who wasn’t wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle, Dysart said. No other information was available at this time.
