VENICE, Fla. -- Former Central-Phenix City and Auburn golfer Haley Wilson struggled in the first round of Stage II of LPGA Qualifying Tournament.

Wilson shot a 4-over 76 on the Bobcat Course at Plantation Golf and Country Club. She is tied with 11 others for 128th.

Fiona Puyo leads with a 7-under 65. She played the Panther Course.

The top 70 and ties from Stage II will advance to the final stage, which will be played Nov. 28-Dec. 2.

There is a 29-way tie for 64th at 1-over 73.
