Suspect accused of groping woman at Riverwalk pavilion

Columbus police arrested a man Monday afternoon on accusations he groped a woman at a Riverwalk pavilion.

Carl Johnson, 56, of Second Avenue in Columbus is charged with one count of sexual battery, reports state.

Police say Johnson was at the Riverwalk pavilion near 23rd Street about 7 p.m. Monday when he grabbed a woman’s breast without her consent. Officers responded to the scene and arrested Johnson.
